Thanks for the ideas guys. Exactly what I needed. I didnt have anyone helping me so I couldnt see if the cam is rotating. I suspect it is and the plungers are stuck upwards. This car had been sitting for several years. I read another post where the guy used transmission fluid to soak and free up his stuck plungers. Will report back soon. Thanks again!
