So I'm looking at a 2008 R320 CDI for sale locally. 134k miles, one owner. I drove it and it seems to shift a little funny. Like upshifts too soon, also lacks power compared to the 08 ML CDI that I drove last week. Any thoughts? Deāler seems very eager to sell it. At 12k now, said to make any offer. Otherwise it's in nice shape.

Any thought?
