Sorry when I say I get one chance, that means I get one shot at starting the car. Returning the key to the O position and turning back to the far right produces no effect.

It's something from the key cylinder to the starter relay or starter that is creating the no start. The update is that I went back out yesterday to try and start it and didn't even get one chance to start it.

Doesn't appear to be a nuetral switch issue as I've move the selecter back and forth, tried starting it in nuetral.

All lights and electrical appear to be strong, battery posts are clean.
