front lower control arms have probably 10k on them. Rears need some love, Not terrible shape/ripped/cracked by any means, but you can tell they are old. found a couple of rear end overhaul kits (basically all the control arms and a couple bushings) for $170ish bucks. though I'm torn with ordering it, as in two months time I'll be swapping in a SBC and I haven't quite figured out what I'm going to do with the rear end.
It's on my short list of things to figure out.
