The new fuel line part is bad because the nut that attaches the line to the metal line on the car is frozen. The only way it could possibly screw on is to literally turn the entire hose clockwise which considering how tightly things are spaced underneath the car would make it impossible. Therefore, my only choice is to purchase a new hose which will hopefully have nuts that spin freely on both ends.
