I tried two tanks of this HPR stuff.

At first, thought something else was wrong since the idle was smoother.

Seems like a little more power and quicker to 80mph. (hey, any notice of fractional power increase is apparent in a 240d/automatic)

No decrease in mileage.

Nothing wrong here...
