...as I see this engine as a major blunder in MBZ history. There were other mistakes such as the single arm wiper, single row timing chains on the m116s, and the 116 climate controls, but this engine was appparently a disaster. No, I have not owned one but I would like to, if I could side-step all the trouble. Seems like it would have been the perfect engine for the 126 chassis. Mike
