What kind of shift knob would fit I have no idea.

How to get it off, I might know:

1) Peel off the boot from the knob a little. Under the shift knob there's a nut. Unscrew it (clock wise, it's upside down)
2) After the screw comes out you can unscrew the shift knob by turning it counter clock wise.
