Granted, the Normal Police are more "IL Nazis" than the Bloomtown police are, but as far as the streets being plowed, with the latest dump we got, Normal streets were much clearner, go figure. Bloomington, home of State Farm, Normal, home of Steak and Shake. I prefer shakes over insurance any day
