Not sure if your car has a separate pump for windshield and headlights (mine does). Check the out put at the pump(s), check to be sure the braided line is attached to the pump then check to see if the orifices at the nozzles are calcified.
Mine were on the 560. Careful work with a small straight pin cleared the clog and then I used the same pin to adjust the spray pattern.
