Best salvage-yard deals are at the Virginia Beach Pick-N-Pull, which I usually visit every time I'm down there. Problem with used is the '90s Toyota front sensor goes through a tight-fit bore in the cast front hub carrier.
I had to remove one from a '94 Geo Prism (essentially a Corolla) a few years ago. The old one was so badly rusted in the carrier that it came out in chunks. Then I had to clean out the bore to install the new one. Since I needed it ASAP and no aftermarket sensors were availible locally, it cost around $300 from a local dealer!.
At the time, I didn't have good internet access. Today, the cheapest new aftermarket sensors I've found online are $115 for the Prism and $65 for the '95 Camry.

Happy Motoring, Mark
