I can get up to near 20 PSI with an acceptable pressure ratio. As you may be aware, you don't want the exhaust manifold pressure to be more than 1.5 times the intake manifold pressure. If the pressure ratio gets "up there" you'll have to upsize the turbine side.

I will measure the turbine wheel on this turbo, its actually quite small and seems about the same size as the OEM one so I might be lucky and find that its correctly matched.
