The throttle body linked has a throttle switch and not a tps sensor. I think SL320 is right about the flywheel. Three teeth wont cut it for MS. I use a later model 60-2 flywheel on my 103 engine with a late model crank sensor and have zero triggering problems. I did have to space the crank sensor out a few mm to get the gap right. You can just use the MB coolant and air temp sensors no problem.
