This morning while walking the dog, I found a Mercedes "flip key" fob, the switchblade cut key version, on the sidewalk. Not attached to any keyring or other ID, so I picked it up.

I did a quick search and there doesn't seem to be any procedure for these keys to be returned to the dealership to reunite it with the car's owner. Does anyone know if such a program exists. I'm guessing it's like losing a cut steel key, there's no unique code to match it up with a vehicle.
