All depends if im the height of a new pencil or a stub. Average blender vessel is approx 10 inches tall. Average new pencil is about 7 inches. Should be possible to get out, especially if there is any food in there with me. Even empty reaching up you should be able to touch the top

For me the biggest concern would how not to break something dropping out the outside of the blender. Would be just high enough with the base that an awkward fall would leave you trapped on the counter. Kind of like hanging out a second story window and dropping to the ground
