Have you considered a dash cover? For $87.01 you can buy a Coverlay cover in your choice of colors which is a perfect fit for your dash. I have not actually used one of these (yet) but if my dash were cracked, this is what I'd do.

Do not confuse these with some other dash covers which look more like carpet than vinyl. The Coverlay units, properly installed, really look like stock.
