It is usually best to get these hoses made at an a/c shop. You can always call some and if they don't make them they can tell you where they get theirs made.

Back then hose was hose. Today everything is what is known as 'barrier hose' which is stronger and resistant to R-134 leaking through the rubber.

If you are going for the original look for show car reasons then the Classic Center might be your only hope.

And the fittings on these hoses are not common but they are out there. It might take a few days for the hose shop to get the right fittings in before they can build you hoses.
