question for folks with 'grease' conversions

Hi,

I just got my conversion kit from neoteric biofuels so I can run WVO in my 300D. I am really excited. However, since the kits go into all osrts of different cars, there are no suggestions for instalation into a w123 specifically.
I would like to know from those of you who have installed dualtank heated cnversions, where did you mount the various parts? Specifically, the inline heater (if you have one), the inline filter, the switching valve, and the toggle switch.
Also, how do you keep the second tank in the trunk without it shifting?

Any info/advice/considerations would be appreciated. Thanks very much,

JMH
