Yes to all, plus added weight in the top of the car which is the last place you want it. IMO either a full, fixed roof or no roof at all are the things to have, depending on the weather. Anything else is a "worst of both worlds" solution. And if you're going with the no roof option, it's best to ditch two wheels and a whole lot of weight. Hence the Street Triple in my sig.
