ALDA is a GM only connector for pre OBD2 cars, so looking for one will be a waste of time. MB used a proprietary connector for pre OBD2, just as Ford did, BMW, etc. You need to find a factory service manual for your W140 and start reading through it. To read codes you may be able to rig something up, but you will need to do some searching.
The grammatical formatting is terrible on the post and piles of it is rambling regarding nothing about your S500. I could not make it through the post.
Lastly, I really have no idea what you are trying to ask about your MB. Can you give us a simplified question breakdown?
