As mentioned the transmission issue may be a bushing issue.
Part #11 is 115 992 03 10.
Part # 14 & 17 are 115 267 12 50.
Clean the fuel system, maybe with a bio-cide, and the glow plug update is a good idea.
The cable to the linkage atop the cam cover is your cruise control device.
Your vacuum connections need replacement.
If you haven't yet, replace the fuel jumper lines.
Looks like a decent example.
