Removed front euro bumper and chrome wheel arch trim. You really need to remove these to see if any rust is there. Usually at front fenders where they are welded at exterior side support. Found rust at both sides, saved one side other needed a shop to fix. Bumpers were cleaned disassembled and rust proofed with hirsh product. Also fixed the headlight rust hole with miracle cure and fiberglass layers, worked very well. Repainted front grill, top and bottom, repainted lower front chin a mess, used chip guard Tec coat, gets chips any way now easier to repair.(me thinks it looks better in black matches lower grills) Repainted driving light housings, cleaned them up too. Re aligned... Lower headlight trim were a rusty mess. Sanded them down miracle cure eastwood encapsulator, custom rattle can made of paint match(paint shops can do) 2k clear coat (fantastic) Look better then new really smooth.. Used plastic washers (hardware store) so no metal to metal contact on pieces, all new stainless fasteners. Used miracle cure on the inner fenders in arches to stop rust.(pita) Replaced the trans cooler lines easy piezy. Next front end then trim rings..
