I don't know about the seats but the wheels would be a good buy at Pick N Pull.

They will likely need restoration no matter where you buy them. Look for a shop that plasma coats things and see what they charge for wheels.

There are also shops that do nothing but restore wheels and they will make sure they not only look good but are trued up.
