When I got my Bosch Euro lights the glass was "normally" pitted so I got a new pair from a competitor site. I then installed those on the car and sold the old ones. Then I lucked out with a pair of NOS Bosch Euro lenses for $100 so they are in storage for keeps.

Find a way to seal off the hole first then look for replacements. The worst thing that can happen is the reflectors corrode. Some heavy duty packing tape should work in a pinch and not affect the light.

Alternatively, using the packing tape to cover the smooth (outer) end, you may be able to try fixing it from inside using glass repair resin kits.
