If the delivery valve o-rings are original, definitely take a look at those as well.

I did my original DV o-rings at around 150k and it did cure my lumpy idle, as well as small occasional fuel leaks at the IP. They can be a bit annoying to change, but definitely can make a big difference in how the engine runs.
