All 201-series hoods should be the same...it's the engine configuration that dictates the hood pad characteristics.
The diesel hood pad is probably designed for the turbodiesel engine. It would look like yours except for the aluminum heatshield attached where the turbo resides.
It wouldn't harm your car to have the heatshield type, but you don't need it. Conversely, the normal hood pad on the turbiodiesel model would not be recommended...
