Guys, thanks for the info... I finally got it back in. My weapon of choice was a jeweler?s screwdriver with a probe tip. It was a lot smaller than the one I was using, and it did the job. I held the brushes down with the tip, since there was no hole to be found anywhere... The only thing was for the last 2 mm I did have to do a little pushing before I clamped the screws down. I hope that's normal.
