Frank Reiner, sorry I've taken so long to reply, the dyno is apparently an ac brake type, but I didn't ask what brand it is.
jdhill, it does seem a lot for the power increase, to be honest from what I've managed to find out, the only difference between a standard euro model and an AMG is the camshafts.
I'm planning to have a dbilas regrind on my camshafts this winter, which is pretty close to the AMG specs, and I'm also finally getting round to fitting the turbo too, which should see around 280-300bhp at the wheels.
I've also got a Ford Sierra Cosworth LSD to fit and a 190e 2.5-16v dogleg gearbox, that might find it's way into it too.
