Get an extended warranty. These things are hard to fix. Parts
are usually expensive, proprietary and hard to diagnose. My
mother's needed all new internals because there was a small
display problem. Mine wouldn't boot and beeped constantly.
Warranty coverage fixed both machines. A friend had his
replaced with a newer model because the company couldn't
fix it. Without the extended warranty, you could be stuck
with nothing.
