This is what I would suggest:

1) If you are doing short trips only then do as others say. 50/50 or 40/60 SVO. It does not matter.
2) If you are doing a long trip then dump it in 100% in the middle of the trip. The engine is hot and it should have no problem. Thin it out when you are almost at destination. Similar to how a 2-tanks work.
