Holy Crap Man !

What a mess.
You'll got about $30 worth of fuel.
You ruined $30 worth of clothes.
You will never get your car clean.
If you have to change only one fuel filter you are way behind.

If you are going to do it, do it right.
Set up proper filtering equipment and learn how to blend fuel for your climate.
What you have there is the poster child of what not to do to burn VO in a diesel. That is what gives VO use a bad name ( and leaves all the more available for the people who do it right).
