I couldn't find a part number anywhere on it, but I'll look again this weekend.
I'll get you that photo - but just be aware that I think the dirtiest section was the area located between the heater core and the center tunnel. I'm not 100% sure though, my spatial awareness got messed up pretty bad while taking the whole assembly apart, since I had to rotate it several times looking for hidden clips.
