There are a ton of hoses and connectors in the 300e cooling system, including loop for heating washer fluid. Keep an eye on all of the underhood connections and be looking for staining from slow coolant leaks. As Donnie stated, could be the cap. Inexpensive to replace. Do this and then keep an eye on the overflow tube.
