UPDATE!!

Figured it out; loosen the nut holding the steel brake line with a line wrench while holding the nut on the rubber brake hose stationary with another line wrench. Once I had it loosened, I tried placing a golf tea into the metal brake line to stop fluid leak....no joy. So, I attached a new rubber brake line and used a hose clamp on it to stop the brake fluid from leaking.

Next, I removed the caliper bolts and removed the brake caliper. I then used a C-clamp to push back the calipers, they moved easily with no leakage.
