Now I feel like I missed something. Does anyone know if there should be weatherstrip between the aluminum piece and the evaporator? It seems like there should be to prevent air from bypassing on that side, and make sure that the metal on metal doesnt cause a rattle. I have the feeling I'll be pulling the whole thing back apart tonight...
