Mon$anto crops are an invasive species as well. They contaminate a crop, Mon$anto cops and snitches find it and sue. The farmer settles and signs on to the plantation.
Percy Schmeiser, a Canadian canola grower and seed saver eventually lost to Mon$anto in Canadian supreme court.

Simply based on wind contamination of his crop by Mon$anto seed. Another 'one drop' rule.
