Wow thanks, that would have been much easier...I fought with it for about an hour...trying to thread it around each pulley.

The image you linked is a 603 but the 606 is pretty much the same. They both share the same tensioner arrangement where you use the tire lever in the black plastic block to slowly release and then reapply the tension.
