That is not the same belt. The belt in that DIY is the little belt that ties the two electricall cooling fans together in front of the a/c condenser. The left fan has a motor, the right fan is a dummy that is driven by a belt from the left fan.

The belt the OP is looking for is the main serpentine belt on the engine that drives the alternator, water pump, power steering, and air conditioning compressor.
