Dude. Thanks, but that is WAY too complicated for me. I was kind of hoping the answer would be "adjust the mirror way out and then spray some lube in there."

Just to clarify, the motors move the mirrors just fine, but when they get towards the end of their travel, the glass's movement seems sticky and jumpy. It kind of makes a creaky sound.

Thank you for checking, though. I really apprecaite it.
