Something like this -
1. Open hood to vertical position
2. Lift wiper arm away from glass as high as it goes (which is why the hood is opened, it blocks the wiper arm if closed)
3. Rotate wiper blade 90 degrees from arm.
4. Slide wiper blade off mounting pin.
5. Installation is the reverse...
