Did you install a new EHA?

If so, it may have been better to get everything running well before any "tuning". Did you note how many turns you made to tune it? If so, I would go back to original and then check the lambda duty cycle. Assuming you have no vacuum leaks and your HT is 100% that might give you a good starting point.
