Unfortunately many businesses today are so focused on making money that they settle for, and accept, slipshod work. The dealer should have disclosed to the buyer, when he purchased the car, that the driver's door had been replaced. As far as I know our local MB dealer auctions pre-owned cars with previous body damage to avoid complaints from their customers.
