Injection unit was removed and serviced and the sensor plate now moves as it should.
The Thai Merc engineer has explained setting up the flow after refitting but I just want to check.
When ignition is on but engine not started no fuel should come out of the six ports on the distributor.
If the sensor plate is pushed down slightly then fuel should start to flow. Correct ?
If one or some of the ports don't emit fuel the there is a screw next to each one that can be removed for access to the adjuster screw.and a 3mm hex is used to adjust the port .
Clockwise to increase counter clockwise to reduce.
