I know I started this 3 weeks ago,I'm just taking 2000mcg.In Japan Cancers are lower because of this,and breast cancer almost unheard of.Unless your around fukishima.
This week I noticed when I fart,or bm, it stinks awful,don't be alarmed,it is getting alot of toxins out of your body,flouride,too.
I buy mine online,but read today you can buy iodine for cuts,and put 4 drops in your favorite drink.
