When a W116 control arm kit is supplied, each side will be equipped with the inner bushing(s) installed, and the ball joint installed. There are two loose rubber bushings per side also supplied; those are for the connection of the sway bar to the control arm(s). So, a kit for both sides will contain two control arm assemblies, and four sway bar bushings.
