The box I am reffering to is actually the brain for the power seats. Where all the buttons and knobs hook up. Once you pop out the knobs, pop the plastic cover, you wll see the entire box. Behind it are a series of plugs... one controls the head rest, the back of the seat and seat bottom... as well as the memory. I thought it would be worth seeing if the plug is entirely in... but then again, its just a guess.
