Had the same thing on my 560sel. I had the wood refinished and found that #2 preset button was hanging slightly which caused none of the pre sets to work. Try pushing each button to make sure they move freely all the way in and out. If that fails, get some electonic tuner lube and cleaner from electronic supply store (Radio Shack?) and spray the switchs from behind - they could be sticking internally from old lubricant.
