If I want to change the cooland in my car 1972 se280 4.5. do I have to change the oil cooler as well. If so how do I do that?

Question One: How do I change the compleate cooland.
Question Two: How do I change fluit in oil cooler.
Question Three: How do I change the thermostad for the cooland?
Question Four: At what temp should that thermostad open?
