One quick thing I noticed - the third picture shows the vacuum line for the brake booster being disconnected. Did you disconnect it intentionally for your photos or testing purposes?

If the booster is indeed bad (not a vacuum line issue), you might be able to stick a W108 brake booster in there if a 110 unit cannot be found.
