Sounds good on the tires, this might be a dumb question but do I need to run tubes?

I have recently had the master cylinder and brake booster rebuilt and the brake fluid was flushed then, the fluid from the caliper that is leaking looks new like its dripping from the bottle!

I have bled the brakes with my uncle on a triumph tr6 but never on this Mercedes. =$
Is there a cause for concern or just concern for general aptitude? Either way I appreciate all the advice and cautions if they may be!
